OPzV series Gel batteries use German tubular pure gel technology, key raw material imported from Europe, key production equipment imported from Europe. The Battery is designed and manufactured according to DIN standards and with die-casting positive grid and patent formula of active material. OPzV series exceeds DIN standard values with more than 20 years floating design life at 25℃ and is even more suitable for cyclic use under extreme operating conditions. This range is recommended for telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems and other harsh environment applications.

What is a PZS battery?
The form factor known as OPzS batteries was created for traction systems. They are meant to be stacked and fastened together by their connections. Three primary types exist OPzS, OPzB, and OPzV. OPzS stands for the Lead-Acid battery with the Standard DIN form factor. PCB is the less popular BS (British Standard) lead-acid battery form factor.

What is the difference between SLA and VRLA batteries?
The same battery is known by the acronyms SLA (Sealed Lead Acid) and VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid). These features apply to this battery type: devoid of upkeep, impervious to leaks, and position-insensitive These batteries contain a safety vent to let the gas out if their internal pressure builds up too much.

What is the difference between VRLA and AGM batteries?
The chemistry of VRLA cells is the same, but the electrolyte is immobilized. The electrolyte of gel batteries, sometimes known as “gel cells,” is produced as a paste-like gel by adding silica and other gelling agents to the electrolyte, as opposed to the AGM, which achieves this using a fiberglass mat.

What is the difference between OpZS and OpZV batteries?
The tubular GEL battery is called OPzV.  And the tubular flooded battery is called OPzS. Since OPzS is a flooded cell, the electrolyte, which is often sulfuric acid, is liquid inside the cell. Additionally, the OPzV electrolyte in the battery is in gel form, allowing for easy reconstitution of the electrolyte into water.
